Damaged Patent Leather

What's up everyone? These sneakers were wrapped up in plastic wrap and stored away in the box. Apparently it was too close to the heater so it melted onto the patent leather. Does anyone have any idea of how to get remove the plastic wrap? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
