They should really just leave Batman alone.

And I don't understand how a superman vs batman movie was gonna work. One guy has super powers and the other has gadgets. Superman would kick his ***.

Idk sounds like garbage to me , not seeing how batman will tie in to the superman movie , two different worlds , the movies did great on thier own , each had its own dark story line , they should save it for the cartoons not the box office , to rushed Warner trying to keep pace with Disney smh BOMB!!

Don't like the sound of it

But I did love the Batman movies and Superman

I am legend pic. More info behind it?

That sounds good, but I hope Batman doesn't take over the series. They might as well just start a Batman/Superman series. The New 52 version did just release issue #1.

Batman has cryptonite

Is spelled with a "K."

And the Kryptonite was given to him after he left the Justice League in the DOOM series. Just in case one of the Justice League members go bad.

Superman would always kick Batman's a** and Batman has admitted that several times.

In my mind I'm screaming "FINALLY!" but I really don't want Snyder, Nolan, and especially Goyer apart of this.

I want guys who get these characters, know how to get them right and most importantly will get the Batman/Superman relationship. Wish Jeph Loeb could take a break from Marvel to do this. MOS is one thing I can tolerate and even like after ignoring some things but this movie really needs the right story. I don't want them just trotting out some shark repellent Bats without the detective skills again and this Superman would have to be better developed to be interacting with Batman to hit the right character and story beats.

Don't like the sound of it

:wow:  I am legend pic. More info behind it?

The scene was where Will Smith was hunting in Time Square somewhere in the beginning of the movie...I need to see the movie again to confirm the year the movie took place in but I know it was close to 2015 lol

Can someone pull a list of 2015 movies :wow:
Off my head:
Star Wars
Avengers 2
Avatar and now this

2012 is when it took place.

Like Man of Steel, this will be good or bad; no in between. Unfortunately with Snyder at the helm this has the potential to be a disaster like MoS. Nolan and Goyer need to fall back because they didn't help MoS either.

MOS was trash so they need something to get it going. If MOS #2 is anything like the first one it'll be unlimitedly disappointing

Can't even let Supes shine on his own for a bit, I was looking forward to seeing them developing the character further on his own, now all the spotlight will be on Bats.

Just because the team-up blueprint worked for Marvel, doesn't necessarily mean it will for DC. Aside from Spidey (character rights) and the blip with the Hulk flicks, Marvel hit the ground running because they had the foresight to introduce their universe via the various cameos and SHIELD continuity -DC was in such a mess from the various legal wranglings over character rights etc. that it forced their hand into doing the single character movies, now they're playing catchup (too soon imo) and everything seems to be getting rushed just so they can jump on the bandwagon.

...Marvel had better prep time.

Super man is 0-2 with the last reboots but sold on name alone. IMO they need to do this now (not saying its the best choice) or suffer a green lantern type sequel

I really liked MoS..but I dont know if a Worlds Finest is the best idea to follow it...MoS 2 could have been The Dark Knight to Batman with the introduction of Lex, Clark the reporter, throw in another villian to further the case of Lex hating Supes, how the property damage/loss of life means they need to protect themselves from Superman...they laid it out soooo perfect for a MoS2 why go Worlds Finest right away?

^ MOS doesn't touch batman begins. I highly doubt the sequel will be TDK worthy. Lets all just face it, the bats trilogy was lightning in a bottle, superman is still going through its batman forever phase

Posted this in the other thread but from the way Zack Snyder announced the movie

This WILL be Man of Steel 2, with batman appearing in it.
