DC Studios THREAD - GunnVerse Begins - Chapter ONE: Gods & Monsters

Yeah, it didnt make sense to me if they were doing some post death of Superman why they wouldn't go all the way with the beard, mullet, and black costume.

Granted, Cavill was rocking a serious stache in MI.

That's the problem though. You thought the movie was boring.

Regardless Adam Driver put on a full acting display in that.

Meanwhile, this aint even Phoenix's best crazy person acting role.

Joaquin was robbed for The Master :smh: that was the year JLaw beat Jessica Chastain too :smh:

Flashpoint really is the only reasonable copout at this point. Their properties are all so different.

i completely disagree

I want flashpoint down the road when you establish the characters to a degree and so when you see a switch in roles from the characters it means something.. also when the world is gone to sh, it means something.. we have a baseline for the world as it should be and what flash is going back to and not some sort of DOFP (the overrated by some movie) course correction, but more BTTF

I hear you, definitely. And I agree to a certain degree even.
But you lost me at that second phrase.
Ain't nothing happening "down the road". I mean with what time? On whose dime?
And didn't Ezra Miller himself say production's starting soon and it's the Flashpoint route?
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Like with DOFP and pretty much every X-men related movie but Logan and deadpool

I’d rather them wait and do something right, rather than waste a quality storyline

I mean we’ve seen BVS/death of Superman/the dark knight returns already get butchered

I wanted this done before Feige did it, but I guess WB needs to see Disney do something first 🙄.

just give me a six episode HBO max story dealing With Barry and Victor messing with the multiverse / time travel. A nice wink to Barry in the CW flash cameo could be here . Also a good time to give background on Vic that we missed in JL as well as expand on the Flash film .It’s here that they can incorporate the new Batman status Quo as well due to events in the series .6 episodes, 150M -200M dollar budget. Have cameos from other Members to establish that they all still are a League. Bring Caville, etc .
Think outside the box instead of waiting for directors that wanna do trilogies and crap.
