There seems to be a person across the pond with their dog as well. I doubt some one died there.

Curious, could we potentially use Google Maps/Google Earth to solve the Elisa Lam case?

We would be able to scan and zoom in on the rooftop of the Cecil Hotel, and about the water tanks in the hours prior to her death to see if it was really a suicide or a homicide.

Of course, we'd have to wait 3 years, but seems like it might be worth it.
