Dude if you have a decent flooring business then u'll be banking money! Hardwood floors increase the price of the house. It is hard work especially when urgluing the damn floors in, I prefer the nail/staple option less work and faster, the gluing is messy if you don't know what your doing, plus you alwaysgotta buff the damn glue off the floor after your done with a room.

butother than that it's all good. If you can get into it DO IT. Off one house my brother makes between 10-15 k, he does up to 4 houses a month. He just boughta 2010 Mustang Shelby. This is what he got the same exact damn car

. Buthe's going to get it modded with NoS or mod the engine so he gets way more horsepower. Idk yet. but damn im jealous!

Are you planning on working around the area, and walking everywhere? Because that's the last place you want to live, traffic up the %^$.

If you got the money, why not find a place in Studio City or Woodland Hills, or any other surrounding areas away from the busy streets of Hollywood?
