Ive only ever washed 1 pair in the washing machine. It was an older pair that had been washed a bunch of times by hand already, but I also did no spin, and I still got some random lines in them.

After that, it's been by hand every time

The times I w washes in the machine, I turned em inside out, and stopped before spin. No issues… but I’ve only done it once or twice, and pairs that have been previously hand washed.

Bought a couple of pairs on Levi's for half off. One pair (the blue on the right) is selvedge. Glad I went with em because they are distressed but patches so my skin isn't exposed, and it has some cool little turquoise details

Well now my dumb *** wish I had waited to buy all the above since they are doing an additional 50% off sale prices instead of just 50% retail, so everything I bought is cheaper now... but on the bright side I got a 15% off coupon probably because of my last order so I went ahead and ordered a couple more pair of selvedge, including a pair of Blue Tab that are made in Japan. At least I made it to the 5th before breaking my NY resolution of not buying clothes I don't need (which is all clothes). :D

Spent some time in SE Asia and Japan the past few weeks and went on a little denim run. I was able visit Hinoya One and yeah it was denim heaven.

From left to right: Uniqlo JWA Straight Selvedge, Sugar Cane 2025 from Hinoya One, and Sugar Cane 1955z from Bears online. I really wanted to walk away with the standard 1947 model, but they didn't have any in stock, but I can't complain since the customer service was top notch! Perhaps I'll pick up a denim jacket next time I get a chance to visit.
