Now, I only do it when I wear Chucks, for the bulky look.

I did for a like a week, was uncomfortable. So i bought a gel heel and stuffed it under the insole by the toebox of my air forces to prevent creases. The rubberband on pant legs was wack. My neighbor/friend use to do it all the time and still did it after it was dead and I repeatedly made fun of him.
