Did ya'll used to stuff an extra sock under your shoe's Tongue?

Random I know, but I remembered back in Middle School when we used to fold up a sock and put it under the tongue of our shoes under the laces to give it that bubble look.

.. Kinda lame lookin back, but did any of ya'll ever do that or remember cats doin that? lol at Jordans and Air Maxs lookin like they had SB tongues..
 
No...are you the same type of dude that walks around without the laces tied either?
 
Haha damn in sf mad peep in my middle school did that.

It was mostly on air forces tho...they also did the rubber band thing on the pants..

But, I know what you mean..it was the iii shhh back then.
 
op, you arent the only one... ive seen many people do it before. NT is like a bandwagon, everyones response is based on the first couple posts.
 
no dont remember anyone doin this... but I do remember ppl used to wear plastic bags covering their fresh kicks when it rained middle school/freshman year high school.

Not me. My cousin literally did this and he literally turned out gay.
 
I did it when in the mid to late 90s. That's when it was poppin'.

Gangs in LA made it popular. Chuck T's with fat laces and stuffed with socks.
