Try going to www.thespinnaker.com/ and you could follow that up with a ferry ride which would drop you off in the Fisherman's Wharf area. You could walk along the wharf and enjoy the sites and maybe get a dessert at Ghirardelli Square.

After all of that you'll be in the city and if it's clubs or lounges you're located right in the middle of it all.
