I'm leaning towards fake
1) the 2 and the 3 are not spaced
2) the Jumpman Jordan tag on the tongue looks like it is on the 4th lace loop
3) the Jumpman on the side looks copper and not gold
You will need to get more pics to verify the authenticity.
