Ordered a sz 9.5 doernbecher 6 off of their site, it stated brand new. They took forever to ship, finally received the shoe over a week later, and it was clearly used! Messaged them via email and they claimed it was just dirty from storage! LOL. Had to open a paypal claim and they still haven't refunded me probably because they have until next week to do so. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS...horrible customer service, and will try to scam you selling a used shoe claiming its new.
