There is no DMV and if there was, Baltimore wouldn't be a part of it. Its DC/Maryland more than anything, but DC people hate being grouped in with others so it doesn't really exist.

I live in Maryland a few minutes from DC, I only hear that DMV talk on the radio, no one in real life says their from the DMV.

It's like a whole different area...
I've lived everywhere from DC to PG county to Baltimore....
With that being said... Whoever said we as the DMV are behind sounds stupid...
Before foams were selling out EVERYWHERE... They were selling out here...
Y'all bammas love to hate but act like boot cut true religions, glitter belts and nike shox is whats poppin....
We been doing us for a long time without any regards to what the north, the south, the mid west or the west is doing...
We are our own region... and the whole DMV is smaller than most of y'all states...
Foams, New balance, Nike boots... Thats us...
Y'all hopped on Nike boots .... We hop off and get on some new $#!%

its crazy how i belive this but at the same time i consider baltimore to be a part of the dmv because its in maryland.
its called the DMV yet each state doesnt want to be associated with the next........its truly mind boggling
maybe we all should start claiming what county/city we are from and end all of this DMV nonsense.

Son i lived out MoCo during my formative years. DMV dudes get fresh, but don't try to act like rolled up skinnies, Koofies, those big fake diamond chains, and wearing soccer jerseys while knowing absolutely nothing about soccer. are better then New York's worst parts of fashion (which you listed). I grew up in Hampton, and moved to Largo 3 years ago. I can definitely see the difference in style and culture between Bmore people and those in DC, PG, and NOVA.

Those who are from both areas know why ..
But at the then of the day ..
We are both two different cultures ..
Completely different styles ..music and taste ..
It just so happen that bmore beats to the sound of our own drum like DC does ...
The surrounding counties ( except for Bmore county) .. follow DC tho ..
Bmore/DC $*$$!+ don't bite no one .. we do our own %$%* ..
