Do the xi lows fit like the xii lows?

So when the xii's came out a couple years ago i copped the taxi lows since they were the only xii's left. Im a bigdude so the lows fit me weird so my question is do they xi lows fit the same?

i usually wear a 13 and had to get a 12, they were wiggling on my foot.
