I just finished reading the trial and death of Socrate's and I felt empowered to live an examined life, but I am still questioning whether or not his wholeview was hypocritical as Socrates ALWAYS chose the correct path and "obeyed" all of the Athenian laws but at one point he was ordered to bring ageneral in for execution but refused, which mean't he BROKE a law even though he believed he was right...
Is an examined life that important then and whats an examined life to you? just choosing the right decisions?
