lol Nas isn't exactly known for multi syllable rhyming. Kanye never does. Kendrick hardly does either. There's a difference between internal and external rhyming and multi syllable rhyming. Think more along the lines of Eminem, Big Pun, or Big L. 
 
yea i was thinking more along the lines on triple entendre's and word play like that, then in that case kanye west definitely shows that.

a multisyllable rhyme scheme is exactly what it is says more then one syllable 

like instead of rhyming cat and hat u can rhyme another 2 syllables with it like my hat hi cat.

the rule is to rhyme more then one syllable and they all have to actually rhyme and match in syllable count

like the example above.

I have to give it to AZ, he was the smoothest with it. After him it would probably be Em, but if you listen to Infinite, he was basically just stealing AZ's flow

Nas is my favorite MC but he never really specialized in multis. He definitely uses them and when focused on a verse or whole song using multis, especially during his Escobar days, he was nasty but he doesn't constantly use them like the guys above.

I would have to say no to answer the OP's question. Kendrick is the best I have heard at it since Nas.

Common is also very good at this but not on Nas' level.
 
I mean I really like Nas, but you guys must not listen to very much music if you think Nas or Kendrick Lamar set the standard for multisyllabic rhyming :lol:

Yep, it was Rakim. He said he modeled his flow after John Coltrane's sax playing.

imo Em and Big Pun were generally the nastiest at this.

nas does multis more then anybody expect for like g rap and eminem
