Not only shooting routines but other conditioning drills to help me finish better? I played a good friend of mine who happens to be a D1 PG in 1-on-1 and gotembarrassed by his physicality. I think my game's strength is my shot but I would like to finish around the basket stronger and be more physical inside.
And does anyone have any good leg exercises for explosion that I could add to my leg day at the gym? Right now I've been doing:
Leg extensions
Squats
Leg press
Leg Curl
Walking Lunges
What else could I add? Thanks.
