Donor midsole producer.

I have a really good idea for a business but it will obviously take a lot of licensing and legal action to get it up and running.

Basically Someone or Nike should produce a donor midsole service where the people make donor midosles for certain shoes such as the air jordans and other popular sneakers. They should charge for about 1/3 of a new pair of shoes and charge an extra $30 or 40 for putting the midsole back on. Since nike has all the molds for basically all the shoes in the retro jordan line why don't they try to make extra money from this.

Some might debate people will stop buying releases and retros but I doubt that will be the case, they can also make extra money from this with basically no set up fees since they already have the molds.

Anyone want to start that business or get a license from nike?

Who is going to pay for the shipping of the shoes back and forth? When are they going to work on putting the midsole back? How many extra workers do they have to hire just for midsole? How much are those workers going to be paid? It's not as simple as you think
If you know how much Nike pay their employees and how much it costs to make a shoe you'd know it'll work, also the shipping would be designated locally in each country not sent to china, they will hold at each dispatch branch for example 50 of say Jordan 3 size 9, 30 of 9.5s they can figure out the numbers as they know their figures better. They will still make a profit, if not an independent shoe cobbler can get a license and do it to order which will cost a little more but everybody will benefit.
