On the back of the FL VIP card it says it is good at CS also. But when I went to CS to get the CB34 my FL VIP card would only give the the FL discount, not the CS discount, so no discount. And the manager said they weren't excluded from the 40%, but I didn't have the right card. Load of crap.

Just got off the phone with one employee and he was such a @#%$, attitude-wise. Anyway, he said you need a VIP card, and that you can't apply for the card instore and use it the same day.
