Out of ALL their past and present work.

Heres my list:

1. Dr. Dre
2. Neptunes
3. Timbaland
4. Kanye West (He samples way too much)
 
Right now(like this very moment) - Neptunes

Past & Present(Even tho it's more past than present. Detox

honestly those 4 are responsible for so many of my favorite songs and i think its unfair for me to try and rank them. theyre all even to me.
 
I can't pick, it's basically personal preference when you talk about the top tier.

Probably Ye for me but theres a bunch of dudes 'beneath' him who I like more.
