Dunk High - does it break in here?

I have wide feet and usually go up half a size to 10. Bought a pair of Light Chocolate recently but only found 9.5. Fits well except for the pinky toe jamming in the lateral of the toe box. Does it give in there, or should I just return it / sell it?
