Dynex HD/PS3 720 Question?

I have a Dynex High Definition TV and it says it only goes up to 720. But when i set my ps3 display settings to 1080 it displays it, in 1080. Did i get a"lucky" model or something?

Its probably reverting back to 720p making you feel awesome about yourself. Don't sweat it though, 720p is more than enough. You shouldn't be askingfor much from a Dynex.

yea 1080i it goes to... and ^ nah cause my cousin has a SHARP HDTV and it frequently goes back to 720p when he plays NBA 2K9. WEIRD
