Make sure you turn adblock off while you try to get the 25% off. The spoof thing would NOT work for me until I turned adblock off. I turned it off, copy,pasted, had to refresh twice and it then popped up! Got instant cashback too!

yes you need a paypal account. payment has to be paid from paypal.
