Yes he will. And he will likely be first ballot because that's how they treat the QB spot. Moon, Aikman, Young, Marino, Elway, Kelly, and Montana were the HOF quarterbacks voted in the last decade+. Every single one was first ballot. Those voters love their quarterbacks and love their super bowl quarterbacks. And they love the Manning name.

that makes perfect sense. its like somebody saying robert horry is better than karl malone just because horry has tons of rings. he's clutch yea, but he also has a beast of a defense. skill wise he's not better than the people Ive named.
