Yes those are the Bokul maxs. I had a pair back in the day. Do not buy them... Talk about bricks. Zero cushioning in those. At least the pair I had... I don't know if they are ogs or retros. Maybe they never retrod and I had the ogs? Not sure. I remember I got the black pair brand new for like 40 bucks tho.
I got them because they looked cool to me at the time. Big regret due to the lack of cushioning. Talk about a hard shoe.

The Nike Shox in **** on You (photo attached) is from 2000, and it's a different style from the R4.
