Enforcing Classified Ads rules, pics, and prices

It seems like the migration to the new system caused pics to disappear from the classified ads. Can we remove all listings that don't have pics? It's frustrating to search for something, but then see the pics of the shoe have been removed.

Also numerous listings have been created without following the rules since the migration. For example look at this one...

No pics or price!!! It's really a mess right now.

Also you guys used to be very strict about the Classified listings. Does the system not force them to be removed anymore? Can I help admin them???
