If by "poppin" you mean hot, then yea, Meek Mill is fairly hot right now and has a lot of buzz. You could say the same for
a lot of other artists in the spotlight right now (Wayne, Drake, Ross, Jay, Kanye, etc), but I'm just going purely by lyrics,
