Evo 3d, Iphone 4---- prepaid?

Looking to upgrade my phone. I do not want to have a contract so I was wondering if it is possible to get a Evo 3d or Iphone 4 prepaid?

really want the phone to have wifi and video chatting.
been reading that the evo 3d sometimes has wifi issues, any input on that?

suggestions for other phones are all welcomed, i know there are some phone experts here so i wanted some input

EVO 3D can be flashed to Cricket and iPhone 4 can be used as prepaid
