FAKE OR NOT?

I just order a pair of alphaballer low trainers men from sportsdirect.com a uk wwebsite,order arrived in 7 day's,when i open it my sneakers have a intensive plastic smell and nothing on them,the box was from Lonsdale London,the shoes come just them,nothing on box nothing near aglets,like a proof of quality or a littlel sticker from NIKE,but i found in them sticked on each shoe a little ticket with a sku code i search the code on internet on someone advice and i find this

they just simply ignore my messages,im from Romania,I just e-mail them about this fact!

the code on sticker inside each sneaker was this

SKU 476630-016

and on the sole i found a little sticker with this numers different by inside of sneakers,it say was a AlphaB/Low/Trainersmens 21 grey/white/red sike uk 11 (like i ordered) but this was the bar code or the code i found,nike lq/14r/02 161031-02
