Out in San Diego we got the Del Mar Fair which promises instant heart attacks. Fried EVERYTHING: Snickers, Mac n Cheese (the best), funnel cake of course..They also serve the Krispy Kreme Chicken Sandwich..

We dont exactly have boardwalks in CA, but Knott's Berry Farm and Santa Monica Pier have the best funnel cakes

Back on topic, I'm going to have to go with either funnel cakes or dippin dots (I know you can get dippin dots else where, but here in Nor Cal, they'restill mostly limited to public gathering places.)
