My I-5 faves:

Southern Kitchen - Tacoma, WA - Really good southern cooking and the strawberry lemonade had fresh strawberries in it, and was served in a mason jar.

Todai Sushi Buffet - Portland, OR - Yeah the sushi is good, but the treat of this place are the fresh crepes.

Original Hotcake House - Portland - It's just bomb breakfast food 24-7, what more can you ask for?

Local Boyz - Corvallis - Yeah, it's WAY out of the way for most people but if you like Hawaiian food & you ever visit Oregon State's campus make SURE you hit this place.
