I have an age old question, for those people who've unloaded a good chunk of their collection (not resell) and used StockX, GOAT AND Ebay...
1) Which platform got you the best return on your sales?
2) Did you get a choice to get paid in USD?
For myself, I've unloaded 50+ pairs on Ebay back in 2014-2015. It was simpler times then and got paid in USD. But towards end of 2015, Ebay started charging and withholding sales tax. I couldn't charge it to international customers and had to absorb it myself. Now, as I look into selling again, Paypal has this default conversion depending on your location, so even if I have a USD wallet, renders useless.
So any positive contribution to this thread would be much appreciated !
