Finisher on fabric

Hey guys..
New here..and new to the custom game..
Can anyone tell me if I still need to apply Angelus 4 coat to the fabric section on a shoe..say Huarache or 97’s ?
Also..is the Angelus Varsity Red the closest red to triple red AF1’s ?

Mix black or white to the red to get it as close as possible.... adding that 4 coat is on you, always have a tester shoe around to try things on
