I just picked up the Touch of Color LN46A650.. thing is sick.. it plays a little melody when turning on and off the t.v. i paid 2'g for the t.v and a stand...
does the red edge bug you at all? i was thinking about the 52".
 
naw.. it doesnt light up or anything.. some people dont even notice it.. when i get a house i will def get a bigger one..

Good choice getting the 650. I got the 630 40 inch model and loving it. Is your's calibrated automatically? I used the calibration from this post at AVSand I am just amazed at the clarity of the picture. Almost looks 3D!

naw it didnt calibrate automatically... if i had a link to calibrate my t.v i would.. but im also kinda scared.. just the picture now is alreadyamazing... people said it would look a lot better if i calibrated it

I doubt samsung, sharp, or sony will drop their 32 inch LCDs to 350. but if they do ill buy 3 just to watch football on sundays.
 
Frys had a Sammy 40 in 1080p set for 899 a month ago and a 52 for 1200 a month before that. its gonna happen...youll probably see the more economic brandsfirst then the big boys to follow
 
My house already has a flat screen lcd on every room so now its gonna be time to tell my dad to upgrade and put some in the bathroom like some other peoplehave said
 
I would love to get a 32" for the bedroom and a 40"+ for the living room. I'll have to start working more hours to stack that cheese.

Ha I will I'll do it tomorrow everyone is sleeping in my house hold. That fireplace is an eletric one. My parents dint want to mess with woodand *$+.
 
cool...i've been wanting to get a 32" flat tv but i just cant seem to spend around $800....that's really a good news...1080p would be awesome fora 32"
