Floyd Mayweather keeps $123 MILLION in ONE Account?!

Maybe I'm stupid but if I have 125 mill, why do I need to worry about income when I retire? Lol
Because althought it's difficult to, there have been numerous ppl that ended up going broke from that type of money.  Usually it's 1 of 3 things or a combination of the 3 tho.

1) Divorce settlements in which the ex-wife takes a large chunk and sometimes multiple divorce settlements.

2) Being taken by con men that pose as "financial advisors".  A lota athletes are victims of this, I know firsthand that Keyshawn's financial advisor was a con man as he tried to approach me and I had ppl take a look into him.  Antoine Walker's financial advisor got him into a bunch of bad commercial real estate deals in chicago involving 200 unit complexes

3) A huge gambling addiction, like I said gambling will kill ur pockets way quicker than tricking with escorts or anything else pretty much.  Antoine Walker was heavy in vegas down here playing $25,000 per hand blackjack.

For majority of ppl, once you pass the 10mil liquid mark u should be straight, once you cross that mark you get a wealth of banking options opened up to u with high interest bearing  accounts at 7-8%.  You'll get early access to pre-ipo shares of silicon valley tech startups etc.

 Floyd Mayweather displayed all his concubines on the new episode of All Access. I don't think he will go broke, but he should definitely slow down once he retires.

^
I watched that episode earlier. His massage girls were looking nice. I like the brunette one who was wearing the hat.

Is he still engaged? I read that Rolling Stone article where he has a pic of her vag on his phone and was showing the writer of the article. Found that funny.

He split with Miss Jackson. The birds you saw on the show have been his regular rotation even when he was with Miss Jackson.

putting your money in american banks is no good

I suppose, especially when the max u can get from the bank if ish was to hit the fan would be $250k from the FDIC

To everyone saying that, what can possibly happen? If his money gets stolen, they can find out who did it. Especially when it's that much.

It's not stealing his money, it's the financial system having a breakdown ala the Great Depression. When the banks went under, the money people had in the bank was not insured so they lost everything. Not saying it would happen again but I wouldn't put anything past this country anymore. If he has his money in overseas accounts, he'd be playing w/ fire w/ the taxes on it since the tax percentage is a lot higher here in the US.

can't be mad at someone who works HARD for his money

And you don't think Floyd would have knowledge about bank collapses before the general public?

And then you say he's playing with fire by keeping it overseas?

What is he supposed to ?!

Spend it. He'll go broke.
Save it. Too much in one bank (like he's supposed to spread 120M over 5000 banks. :x
Overseas. He's playing with fire.

I'm pretty sure he has money markets, certain insurances, investments, portfolio combinations of different investment vehicles.... That we just don't know about...

@crcballer: I know your not hating. You're a smart guy...

But you should understand that if his advisors have gotten him this far, then they have a good idea of what's going on.

his wealth will evaporate if hyperinflation hits.

^ that jumped out at me too. I guess he's only 5'8" but that does seem small.

Not to mention, wealth breeds greed. Dudes may seem to be in his corner but are they doin it for him or for themselves. If HE'S smart w/ his money, he'll be good, but if he entrusts the running of his finances to others, no bueno. I hope he can keep his wealth

I just really want to know from anybody in Vegas or anybody that ever crossed paths with him, if he really cares duffle bags with a Milli in them at all times or is he just stunting for cameras??

LOOOL at the dude with Floyd's face tatted on his neck

Then naming his son Floyd

smh

i don't see mayweather going broke after he's done fighting... from all the $$ he's brought in over the years, to the potential $$ he could make after he's done fighting, i think he's in good shape. the only thing that might get him is his gambling or looking after other people.

I always wondered what rich people did with their money, multiple accounts? bonds? $100 bills in a safe underneath his house?
