^^^ Never seen or heard of fried ribs before. I guess I’m not surprised because people try to deep fry damn near everything, but doesn’t seem like an improvement on regular BBQ ribs to me...
Yeah, I was confused.

I went to Google it hoping for nothing but came across even more pics of it like some restaurants serve it.

Looking at the texture and it being fried golden brown all I expect to see when I bite in to it is chicken white meat

^^^ “I done had just about every part of a pig from the rooter to the tooter...”

ya man its not safe cooking at home... my pops makes lechon kawali and oil gets everywhere... im like bro turn the fire down lol... he covers it with some iron looking plate

Speaking of frying meat, my neighbors & I are having a post holiday dinner. The husband used to be a sous chef at a country club. We’re going halfsies on a nice piece of boned prime rib for the dinner but he wanted to fry it. I was like nooooooooo!!! He can cook really really well but I poo poo’d that idea...

no man thats just offensive... im not even a fan of prime rib like that but thats just a waste of time and money... maybe suggest some other food then...
