FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

This is an appropriate amount of pickles and onions on a burger:

But those help with digestion. The onions have antioxidants and the lettuce has fiber. Without those ingredients the burger might as well come in a happy meal cardboard fold up box with a toy inside.
I'm not eating a burger for digestive purposes. Grilled onions work but raw red onion? Hell nah.

I can go without that whole left side but picking one its definitely gonna be pickles.

Y'all complaining about lettuce need to get that cold fresh extra crunchy cut of lettuce on ya burgers. I know the experience with weak soggy lettuce. That might as well be wet looseleaf paper.

Straight violation

I've learned that the real pro move is to do the fried onion smashburger with a scoop of relish instead of pickles. No sauces or other condiments needed. Perfect as is.

Can't think of any instance where I'd want any greenery other than iceberg or bibb lettuce on a burger though.

Caramelized onions are the only thing I desire on a burger.

That and probably avacado.

Lettuce
Tomatoes
Pickles
Raw onions

Can all go away forreal.
