I had a surplus of tortilla chips in the house so I tried to do homemade Chilaquiles. Kind of feeling defeated now because all the on-line recipes I looked at said "so easy", but I totally botched the chip part and turned them to mush. :rolleyes I'll do better next time. :lol:

Moved to Pilsen last week and the restaurants are great. Going to pack on like 10lbs over the next few weeks at this rate.
