They serve to go orders in clear bags now, which I had already ripped open before the pic. These are the plates my son and I are about to devour.
That's half of my garlic snow crab & shrimp on the right, and his full order of lemon pepper mussels & shrimp on the left. (I gave him 1 of my potatoes.)

The pepper is mixed into the dipping sauce because if you just put pepper on fries, the pepper won't stick.
