Got some friends spending the weekend so I'm doing a ton of cooking. Fried chicken sandwiches tomorrow night, Beef Wellington for Sunday football.
Might get nutty and do the fried-chicken sandwiches two ways: one buffalo sauce-dipped with crumbled blue cheese and pickled celery/carrot jardinier on brioche and the other Hawaiian-style with coconut lime slaw, spicy pickled pineapple, and sriracha mayo on grilled King's Hawaiian.
Pics to follow if I don't get too drunk.
