FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

DC is cool... he dont judge me... just funny how he doesnt want me to eat fast food as much which i understand but will flip out if i get a salad from CFA :lol:
 
Dunno.

Never used protein powder.
I just saw it mentioned as being utilized in shakes for breakfast.
Just gonna drink it with milk.
I'm going to up my exercise routine so it could help.

That's the plan.

My new years goal was to do better.
Physically and mentally.

I haven't even thought of alternate ways to use that powder.
 
Randy Orton and Chris Benoit are REALLY hardcore
From the latest Men's Fitness when asked about supplements Randy Orton had this to say:

"I learned a lot from Chris Benoit. He doesn't like shaker cups because they get dirty and stink so quickly. So he'll take two scoops of protein powderand put it in his mouth dry, then put a little water in and shake his head around. I use to look at him and think, "Damn, that's hardcore!" Then one day I was like "F-ck this shaker", and I started doing it the Benoit way."

What does your current “exercise routine” consist of?
 
I run at least 4 to 5 miles a day.
Weekends I run 6 to 12 miles.
Incorporated sprinting recently.

Don't do much weights but I'm getting into it now.
I'm not too savvy with weight lifting but I'm learning.
I do pushups, pull ups ,calisthenics etc daily.

I'm trying to work up to run a marathon.
I did a half recently.
