I think the curry cubes are great. I don’t think I’ve ever used them with meat. Different combos of veggies though. Potatoes, Green Beans, Peas, Pearl Onions.

On topic with that “keto coffee”, it’s not less carbs. Coffee already has no carbs so that was false. It’s the added fats normally from grass-fed butter or MCT oil. People who do keto add fats to their coffee to squeeze in more fats to hit their macros.

Heard the MCT oil in the coffee gives you the poops. solewoman can you confirm?

Peanut Butter doesn't mix well with fruity fruits.

Outsidr of Banana as a base, I couldn't imagine mixing peach/straw/mango etc with PB
