the food will cost a lot more, there will be less “career” servers in it because they will make less money.
I see your point but nobody is gonna pay a server the 35+ an hour they make without tips.
if people who are regulars come in and don’t tip oh well, it all evens out.
we got a regular who never tips. He’s cool as hell just doesn’t tip. Idc, it is what it is. That’s why you got a tip pool, it all averages out and you don’t get butthurt when someone doesn’t tip you or another server gets more tables.

Some wild caught sockeye. Now Costco was the plug. Cooked indirect. That’s butter, it’s not overcooked. I never use butter but I had it in the freezer for baking. Figured it would set it off.

Not that I can recall. They don't really have shops with their foods etc. I got aboriginal friends, but they urbanized so haven't seen anything I can recall.

What about Kangaroo meat?
Yeah I used to basically live of roo meat for years. I love the taste and high protein basically no fat. Hard to describe the taste but more flavored then beef. Comes in all kinds, steak, sausages, burger patty's, roasts, meatballs etc. In supermarkets here. Most people don't eat it cos they for some reason can't past the thought its a kangaroo. But we have so many here they tend to encourage eating it

I would eat it unless your in Australia. Won't be the same. Its next day to the supermarket here, not sure how good it would taste being shipped too another country frozen

Sounds crazy but they are over populated almost here. I don't see em on the streets tho haha. But yeah, I'm careful to make sure they are still over populated before I buy. Don't want them going extinct

Yeah half the reason I haven't bought it this year. I'll have to look next shop to see if its in the supermarkets still. More koalas died I think. But thanks for reminding me about that, I'll check next time I go food shopping if its for sale atm
