Footlocker employees question

I sometimes vaguely considered working at Footlocker but I already have a job so I'd want to know how many hours a week are their part time jobs? The answer to that would let me know if it's something I could even consider.

I'd be interested in the job to work in something I like and with people with the same interest and of course a bit of extra cash.

I've also heard of employees saying they didn't like the job, what part of the job do you not like? I just see them in the store helping customers, I'd like that, so what part is there not to like? I guess they sometimes do work in the back that I never see and that may be the less fun part, if so what is the less fun part?
