if you have a virus that can't be detected/removed by the ones mentioned above... use prevx3.0 and just pay for one month's removal service. Totally fixed up my computer a couple months ago. The free version of prevx3.0 serves as a scanner for you, but removal costs a little bit of money.

avg free 1 month trial... trust me it works... i had a virus and it got it out quick... then the month expired and i just upgraded to the free one
