only reason I know it is because I took a trip out there when I was in S.F.

Is there some story behind fruitvale? Educate me.

This happened 4 and a half years ago? Time flies... I think I was on the same bart train Oscar Grant was on, but I got off at the west oakland station just a few stops before the fruitvale station stop.
