Generally speaking, does a man normally get friskier after he gets drunk?

The person was not drunk YET, but was being what I think is inappropriate. At the time I was thinking, "If he's like this now, I can't imagine what he would be like when he's drunk." It was inevitable that he would get drunk, though.

It was not my boss, who is female. It was her friend. Actually, I have a male and female boss, but the male is not involved.

To answer the question, yes, when people drink their inhibitions are usually lowered and they are more inclined to act on their feelings or attraction than when sober.
 
Id have to be damned near poisoned before I start to get frisky with OP.
