laid off from a consulting firm when i was in college. gave me 500 bucks severance. Didn't really care. i was making 10 bucks an hour. I heard the companywas going under anyways... T&H consulting

The dude who stole the $125 from a coinstar isn't nothing compare to a co-worker when I worked at Duane Reade, The girl took $2,000+ maybe even more notsure, using the same coinstar method with the receipt . She was caught by a new shift leader and put in jail. The manager was very dumb and a sloppy pig torealize that, she even blame me and other employees for stealing merchandise cause the store was behind sales of $70,000. I was only there for 2 months Iwasn't fired but I left cause it was to much of an hassle going to school, work and home.

Damn, that's crazy. But yeah thats grounds for termination cause you can't tell a chick anything nowadays at any job cause it can be considered sexualharassment. Even though you said it jokingly it was obviously misinterpreted by the higher ups.

And yeah that $125 dude is getting ripped here

But I think dude learned his lesson cause he accepted the consequences,everyone makes mistakes. I remember this one cat at my job was messing around with accounts receivable and he stole $20,000 but he eventually got caught andgot fired.
