Getting PKR SURGERY FTW and FTL

1 hour countdown till i get PKR (Lasik kinda) surgery for my eyes. I am about -2.00 myopic in both eyes. (near sighted). Anyone else had this done..it sucksthat it is a lot lot lot lot longer recovery time than Lasik but the end result seems to be a much better end result. Bball summer league in Vegas starts (NBAbroadband $15 bucks btw for Vegas) tomorrow. Won't be able to see any of it likely, but at least can still listen. Anyone else get this done? Oh andI'm going to Scott Hyver, dude that does the Lasik for Niners. Pretyy costly, 5k, but if it is eyes might as well get the best possible work done.

Well I got it...it's been a week now almost. Turned out pretty good...now am just going to be improving vision everday for the next 4-6 weeks.

Dude I got it done by the navy for free when i was on active duty in San Diego, Ca. Man the weekend I just got it done when I was taking a shower I accidentlytouched my eyeball when i was taking a shower and screamed like I fell off a cliff!!! FTL but after A couple months I can see like a Hawk FTW!!
