Go to breakfast...

Besides my original post of eggslut, my other go-to breakfast has been yogurt, fresh fruit, and some granola....for the fruit, i try to switch up from strawberries to blueberries.

I know nobody wants to see that pic ^^^

So here’s a pic from Matt’s Big Breakfast here in phoenix....

You, for as southern as I am, I do not like biscuits and gravy. *shrugs*

sweat tea either..

breakfast is essential
i can't function without breakfast. i wake up early and cook every morning.

word. Its def the most important meal of the day, no doubting that!

So what happens after you have lunch? lol

haha I meant it gives me the runs asap usually. idk, something about eating right after I wake up that makes my stomach upset.
i grew up never eating breakfast though since I had to go to school and I use my morning time to sleep lol.
only time I ate breakfast was on saturdays = cartoons and cereal

I would be good for nothing after I ate some of these breakfast posted.

I never eat "real" breakfast food, never have. Don't really like any traditional type of breakfast. Don't even like to eat in the morning at all, never hungry that early. I eat in the afternoon.

for those who don't eat breakfast, what time do you eat dinner?
im starving by the time i wake up.

If we're talking go-to breakfast as in "regular/everyday" breakfast then my go-to is a hard-boiled egg with Mrs. Dash and hot sauce, oatmeal with peanut butter and bananas, greek yogurt, and a black coffee.

I do intermittant fasting so I dont eat breakfast. I eat around 1 or 2 and stop eating at 8. You're hungry when you wake up because you're used to eating shortly thereafter.

I've been doing IF a few days a week...started working out 3 to 4 times a week and I'm already seeing results after a month or so. Fat loss is definitely occurring and energy levels are litty...

Yeah IF feels like an cheat code with how fast loss occurs. And it comes with better digestion and energy like you said. Couple that with Keto or low carb and weight will literally melt off

bacon egg and cheese but if i got time in the morning to whip up something its 100% French toast..easily my fav for breakfast

Around 6-7 I’ll smack some pork chops and potatoes. Before that it’s snacks and water

Sky Harbor Int. has this in the AA terminal. I passed by it two weeks ago on my way home but didn't get a chance to try it.
