I like both the same but if someone has never watched any of the three I'd say watch Part I because it's the most complete. Although II offers thebackground and origins of the family - Part I is a sum of everything.. and the way it ends leads people to think that Michael will continue the Corleone'slegacy.

They are both great, but I have to go with one. The part where Michael is killing all of his enemies while at a Baptism was just to great

I really like both but I prefer 1 - just something about the style and the story revolving around the family.

2 is great too but I don't really enjoy the flashback parts. I don't know why, I just like the newer parts better.

3 is also a great movie - it just doesn't compare to the first 2.

I read the book (which is 10x better) before I saw the movie, and none of the Godfather movies lived up to my expectations, except maybe Pt. 2
